Return and Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date on item(s) that is in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all original tags attached.  NuEveLLC has the right to refuse a refund if the above policy terms are not met. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 days from the date we receive item(s). 

                                               

                                               Exchanges

Exchanges will only be for the same item in a different size.  Email us at sales@nueveclothing.com to let us know you'd like to exchange an item.  

                                 

How to do a Return or Exchange

Send an email to sales@nueveclothing.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item.  Let us know the reason for your return or exchange. When the return or exchange has been approved you may send item(s) unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all original tags attached to our address:

Customer is responsible for returns/exchanges shipping fees and the customer may choose whichever shipping service they prefer.  NuEve, LLC is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during transit to us or going back to the customer.

 

Sale Items

All sale items will be final and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship internationally.
